Reservation
A 25% deposit of the total reservation cost must be paid to secure booking
The remainder of the reservation cost must be paid upon arrival.
Any changes to reservations must be communicated to Buttercup Staff and can only be confirmed by Buttercup Staff. Please note that any change in length of stay will automatically result in a change of reservation cost.

Cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations within 7 days of arrival or for non-arrivals we reserve the right to charge the reservation deposit.
General Terms
Check in time: 2PM until  Check out time: until 12 NOON
Pets are NOT allowed
No smoking is allowed inside rooms, if you must smoke please do so outside
No loud music or parties are allowed
Loss or damage of apartment key must be reported  immediately and a replacement key will incur a fee
For questions concerning your apartment, damages, missing items or bookings please contact management.
In the event of any emergencies during the night, please contact the management at 784 494 4747.

Guests are not allowed to have guests stay overnight. Please contact management  if accommodation is needed for other guests.
Internet access is available via Wi-Fi. Log in details as well as other useful tips can be obtained from information card in apartment
Laundry facilities are available on property.
